Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Pine Nuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Roast on a baking sheet stirring once or twice, until golden brown, crisp on the outside, and tender on the inside. About 30-35 minutes.
  • During the last 7-10 minutes of cook time, stir in nuts and cranberries.
  • Transfer to the serving dish and serve immediately.
