Ingredients
  

  • 1 full rack baby back ribs
  • 4-5 Tbsp Memphis Dust
  • 1 spray bottle apple juice
  • 1 stick butter divided

Instructions
 

Rib and smoker prep

  • Pat ribs dry, remove membrane from backside.
  • Season generously with rub, pat in with your hands.
  • Get smoker between 250-300 F. Add tray with water or apple juice to help flavor.

Cooking

  • 0:00 - Add ribs, wait 90 minutes.
  • 1:30 - Spray with apple juice and put some pats of button on. Put about 2 tablespoons total for each rib. Wait 30 minutes
  • 2:00 - Spray with apple juice and put some pats of button on. Put about 2 tablespoons total for each rib. Wait 30 minutes
  • 2:30 - Spray with apple juice and put some pats of button on. Put about 2 tablespoons total for each rib. Wait 30 minutes
  • 2:45 - Prepare a foil wrap with some brown sugar, butter, and honey on enough foil to completely wrap each rack.
  • 3:00 - Place meaty side of the rack down first into the foil wrap. Wrap them up well and keep the seam side up to avoid leaks.
  • 4:00 - Remove the ribs from foil and return to smoker. Slather with BBQ sauce every 10-15 minutes for another 45 minutes.
  • 4:45 - Let sit for 20-30 minutes.
  • 5:10 - Done!
