Place the chicken in the crock pot and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
Add the onion, bell pepper, black beans, corn, tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato paste, chipotle peppers. Stir together.
Cook on high for 5 hours (or 8 hours on low.)
Using two forks, shred the chicken.
Squeeze in lime juice and stir it in.
Serve it piping hot in a bowl with avocado, sour cream, grated cheese, and cilantro leaves on top!
