Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

drained and rinsed

can whole kernel white corn

can diced green chiles
mild or hot

half and half
Seasonings

Mexican cheese

Tortilla Strips

Instructions
Place chicken on bottom of crockpot, sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Add beans, garlic, onion, corn, and chiles.
Add chicken stock and cilantro. Cook on high in crockpot for 4 hours or on medium for 6 hours.
Remove chicken from crockpot and shread.
Mix in cream cheese and half and half then cook on high for 15 minutes until mix is creamy
Toppings
Top with your favorite toppings. Avocado, tortilla chips, and sour cream.
